By entering the Fright Lights Showdown, you grant FrightMaps the right to use any photos, videos, or other content you submit for marketing, promotional purposes, and any related media (e.g., social media, website, ads).

 

2. Liability Waiver

You agree to release FrightMaps and its affiliates from any liability arising from your participation in the contest, including any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the creation of your entry or if the contest is canceled.

 

3. Agreement Confirmation

By checking the agreement box during registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and this Contest Agreement.
